Caitríona has performed at the highest level of athletics throughout her life, initially representing her country as a junior triathlete before competing for Ireland in the Olympics and World Championship events.
More recently, Caitríona transformed herself into a successful international ultra-runner by applying the mental strength she displayed during her devastating experience in the Olympic Marathon in London 2012.
No stranger to adversity throughout her athletics career, Caitríona shares the mental training and tools she uses to remain resilient and positive in her running and professional career.
